Chirigagua Tropical Gardens

Is a 40 lot development geared to
those that wish to live in a beautiful,
tranquil area, in a rural setting
bordering the beautiful Chirigagua
River. Where gazebos, picnic
tables, form part of the common
areas that provide for fishing,
reading, or just plain relaxing. We
are 10 minutes from David center or
30 minutes to the Pacific beach.
We are taking reservations on lots
with 20 percent down. The rest will
be due when road and power is
installed. We can also provide
assistance of obtaining loans with
local banks for the construction of
your custom house.

Phase I will be starting soon.

government permits have been
approved.
